In a timeless setting, a colleague is invited to talk about their profession, the passion that drives them every day, inspires them, and helps them navigate turbulent times.
As the crisis revives the issue of finding meaning at work, LVMH wanted to give a voice to those who make the Group rich, its employees. Whether they are directly linked to the product, downstream with our customers, or occupy one of the many equally essential support functions to our activities, they all share the same passion for their profession, their Maison, and the teams they collaborate with.
The first episode is dedicated to sales professions. More than 60,000 employees devote all their energy to this in our approximately 5,000 stores worldwide. Sophie Aubin, director of the Louis Vuitton flagship store on the Champs Elysées in Paris, took part in the initiative. In a timeless space that invites discussion, she provides an inspiring testimony about what makes sales professions special and how she coped with the successive lockdowns. Deprived of the essence of their job, the physical relationship with the client, salespeople had to reinvent their daily lives... and re-enchant them!
The second episode revolves around the launch of Nona Source, the first online resale platform for exceptional materials sourced from LVMH Fashion and Leather Goods Maisons. Created by Group employees within the framework of the intrapreneurship program DARE (Disrupt, Act, Risk to be an Entrepreneur), Nona Source is part of LVMH's environmental strategy to revolutionize sourcing and promote the circular economy.
In this third episode, Caroline Fiot passionately describes her profession as an oenologist for the house of Ruinart. From the vineyard to tasting committees, she shares the necessary steps to crafting an exceptional champagne. Oscillating between art and science, her expertise is fueled by communication and Research & Development missions, which fill her daily life dedicated to the challenges of sustainable viticulture.
In this fourth episode, Valentina Bossi, Head of Fabric Sales Europe & Head of Sustainability, offers an inspiring testimony where the quest for excellence and environmental protection become one. Guided by her commitment and expertise, she supports the teams daily at each step, from the creation of the most noble materials to distribution in boutiques, through the manufacture of exceptional products and textiles.
