In a context marked by a quest for meaning at work, LVMH aims to highlight the human wealth of its Maisons. The challenge: to create a timeless editorial format, able to unite internally, inspire externally, and reflect the diversity of the Group's professions worldwide.
Design an embodied and modular editorial series. Cast profiles, write interviews, produce agile content, and distribute it social-first to showcase LVMH talents through authentic and inspiring stories aligned with the Group's values. Spoa® envisioned The Doers as a series of genuine portraits closely filmed with employees. Each episode explores a profession, a passion, and a vision of work, from sales to intrapreneurship, from craftsmanship to sustainability, adapting to social media codes and the Group's brand culture challenges.
