Broadcasted on social media, "The Doers" interviews give a voice to the talented individuals from the numerous luxury brands of the LVMH group.

Through 'The Doers', an exclusive series of videos broadcast on social media, LVMH invites an employee to talk about their job, the passion that drives them every day, inspires them, and helps them overcome challenges.

As the Covid-19 crisis has sparked in many people questions about the quest for meaning at work, LVMH wanted to give a voice to those who are the wealth of the group: its employees. Whether they are directly linked to the product, downstream with customers, or occupying one of the numerous essential support functions of the group's activities, they all share the same passion for their profession, for their House, and for the teams they collaborate with.

The first episode is dedicated to sales professions, which is one of the group's major activities as more than 60,000 employees are dedicated to it in about 5,000 stores worldwide. Sophie Aubin, director of the Louis Vuitton flagship store on the Champs Elysées in Paris, took part in the questioning game and provides an inspiring insight on what makes sales professions special and how she has dealt with successive lockdowns. Deprived of what is the quintessence of their job, the physical relationship with the customer, salespeople had to reinvent their daily lives and make extra efforts.

The second episode centers around the launch of Nona Source, the first online resale platform for exceptional materials from LVMH's Fashion and Leather Goods Houses. Created by the Group's employees as part of the intrapreneurship program DARE (Disrupt, Act, Risk to be an Entrepreneur), Nona Source is part of the group's environmental strategy to promote the circular economy.

In the third episode, Caroline Fiot passionately explains her job as an oenologist for the house of Ruinart. From the vineyard to the tasting committees, she describes the steps necessary to create an exceptional champagne.

And finally, in the fourth episode released a few days ago, Valentina Bossi, head of fabric sales in Europe and sustainability manager at Loro Piana, offers an inspiring testimony between the pursuit of excellence and environmental protection. Guided by her commitment and expertise, she supports the teams on a daily basis at each stage, from the creation of the most noble materials to distribution in the boutique, including the manufacturing of exceptional products and textiles.
