As part of the deployment of a new internal tool, the goal was to facilitate team adoption. The project aimed to make a complex subject understandable while maintaining the attention and engagement of employees.

Our approach

Spoa® designed a learning film combining educational motion design and interviews, to blend rational explanation with field insight. A clear, structured, and visual writing style, crafted to simplify without diminishing content, and to transform information into understanding.

Impact & Results

The film enabled a better understanding of the issues and uses of the tool, encouraging its adoption internally. An effective and replicable format, demonstrating Spoa®'s ability to simplify complex topics with clarity, rhythm, and pedagogy.
