Objective: To value human diversity and the international vision of the Group by giving a voice to the employees and leaders of brands worldwide. Spoa® designed and produced a series of videos featuring François Provost's speech alongside contributions from international employees and leaders. A fluid, human, and visual narrative crafted to articulate ground-level voices, local strategic visions, and the collective spirit, while ensuring editorial coherence on a global scale.
The initiative enabled a more approachable and embodied presidential speech while reflecting the cultural and professional diversity of the Group. The content strengthened the teams' sense of belonging and effectively supported this key moment of transition and strategic projection, with international distribution on internal and institutional platforms.
